Personal Data Collection
We collect limited personal information including Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Shipping & Billing Address, and GST details (if provided). This data is collected solely for account creation, order processing, delivery, invoicing, and customer support.
WhatsApp & Communication Consent
By using ReferHub, you consent to receive order-related communication via our official WhatsApp Business account, SMS, or Email. This includes order confirmation, payment instructions, dispatch updates, referral notifications, and support communication. We never initiate payment requests without prior order confirmation.
Payment & Data Security
ReferHub does not collect or store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. All payments are processed manually after confirmation. User passwords are securely encrypted and access to user data is strictly restricted.
Referral & Account Activity Data
Referral codes, referral usage, reward eligibility, and order completion status may be tracked to prevent abuse. Referral benefits are granted only after successful delivery. Any misuse, fake accounts, or manipulation may result in reward cancellation or account restriction.
Unboxing Evidence & Media
In case of replacement or damage claims, users may be required to submit images or videos (such as unboxing recordings). Such media is used strictly for verification purposes and is not shared publicly or used for marketing without consent.
Data Sharing & Legal Compliance
We do not sell or rent user data. Information may be shared only with logistics partners for delivery or government authorities when legally required. ReferHub complies with applicable Indian data protection and e-commerce regulations.
